  • How do I book a stay at Paradise Park?

    Bookings can be made directly through our website. Just head to the Book Now page and choose your dates.

  • Is the site Private?

    Yes — this is a private, exclusive site. When you book, the space is all yours.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Are there amenities available?

    Yes, for an extra fee you can book our ‘Garden Room’. You’ll have access to a hot shower, toilet, washing machine and e-bike charging during your stay. The Garden Room is available between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

  • Can I bring a campervan, boat, or trailer?

    Absolutely. The site is flat and spacious. The driveway entrance slopes down from the road so it’s recommended to take it slow. Please contact us before booking if you have access questions.

  • Is the park site suitable for children?

    Definitely. There’s plenty of space to run, explore and play. Nature is the playground here.

  • What else does Paradise Park offer?

    We offer a base camp for all activities available in the Matakana region. From pubs, breweries, cafes, markets, cinemas, golf courses, galleries, sculpture trails, regional parks and our famous marine reserve. Plus.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, given our neighbours’ animals - horses, sheep and cattle.

  • Are campfires allowed?

    No — Campfires are not permitted.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel 7 days or more before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund of any prepayments made.

    If you cancel between 2 and 6 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of any prepayments made.

    If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival, no refund will be given.
